Returns & Refunds

This policy describes our voluntary return conditions and does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights. Check each jewelry item’s dimensions, material, finish, and selected option before ordering.

Requesting a return

You can request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving the item. Email zaynhsr@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return instructions and return address. Do not send a parcel to the sender’s address without confirming the instructions.

Original condition

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, jewelry must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, with any original tags and packaging intact. These conditions do not remove remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products, or other mandatory rights.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for an eligible non-defective change-of-mind return. Use a suitable tracked service and retain the proof of posting. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, contact us first; we will provide a reasonable remedy and cover reasonable agreed return or replacement costs where required.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. Original standard delivery charges and statutory cancellation rights are handled as required by applicable law; this policy does not exclude such rights.

Damage, incorrect items and cancellations

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. For a cancellation or exchange request, contact us before dispatch where possible. An exchange is subject to actual product availability.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where those rights provide a different cancellation period, refund, or remedy, those rights apply.
