ORVYLI ships orders directly from China. Please check the delivery estimate and shipping charge before placing an order.
Dispatch
Dispatch timing is stated on each available product page. If an accepted order cannot be dispatched within the stated time, we will contact you with revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Delivery to the United States
Our target for standard US delivery is within 14 days of dispatch. Check the product information and contact us before ordering if your arrival date is essential. Any stated estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and address issues can affect arrival. Contact us with your order number if the parcel has not arrived within the estimate.
US shipping charges
Standard shipping is US$6.99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below US$50. Standard US shipping is free when that subtotal is US$50 or more. Taxes and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. The free-shipping threshold excludes shipping and taxes.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch. Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address. For a lost, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered parcel, contact us so we can investigate and agree an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable rights.
Other destinations, duties and taxes
Delivery availability, fees, and estimates for destinations outside the United States must be confirmed before ordering. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance arrangements can vary by destination and shipment; do not assume these are included unless the checkout or product page explicitly confirms this.
