These terms apply to ORVYLI online store and purchases made through it. The store is hosted on Shopify. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase, or use the store with any permission required by applicable law. Do not interfere with the store or use another person’s payment method without permission.

Products and descriptions

Read the selected item’s dimensions, weight, material, finish, included pieces, and care guidance before ordering. “Gold-tone” and “silver-tone” describe color and are not precious-metal purity claims. A precious-metal, waterproof, nickel-free, or hypoallergenic claim applies only when expressly supported for that specific product. Screen settings can affect color appearance.

Editorial imagery and availability

AI-created campaign and styling images are labeled as illustrative. They show the store’s visual direction and do not establish actual product material, dimensions, certification, or stock. Coming-soon items are not available to purchase. Available products are identified by their actual product pages, options, prices, and checkout availability.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly selected. Review the total, shipping, taxes, and selected options at checkout. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and actual availability. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you with a correction or refund option rather than silently substitute a different item.

Delivery, returns and payment

Read our shipping policy and returns policy. Only payment options actually available at checkout can be used. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Privacy and intellectual property

Our privacy policy describes the use of personal information. Store content and original editorial assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy or use content in a way that infringes those rights.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future use of the store; this does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order.
